Because of its location and history, this building is one of the most recognisable office locations in Łódź. Built in 1970s, it housed the offices of ŁZR Fonica - a state-owned enterprise that manufactured record players, including the ‘Bambino’ tube amplifier record player and the ‘Bartek’ transistor record player. The building’s interior was renovated entirely between the years 2006 and 2009. The office spaces were designed from scratch in order to adjust their functionality freely and flexibly. There are various layouts available, starting with small single rooms which are available straight from the corridor and ending with open space offices.
